最大圣偈
Verses On The Greatest Noble Ones
佛陀大觉者，
佛佛非人人。
是人天教主，
非人非天人。
The Buddhas are Great Awakened Ones, with every Buddha not like everyone else. They are ‘Teachers Of Humans And Gods’, neither human beings nor heavenly beings.
人成即贤人，
贤者仍是人。
超人天佛成，
莫谤佛仅人。
Humans accomplished are then Virtuous Ones, with Virtuous Ones still being humans. As with transcending of humans and gods is Buddhahood accomplished, do not slander by saying that the Buddhas are merely humans.
