诸佛如来，
以大悲心，
而为体故。
All Buddha Tathagatas,
are with the heart of great compassion,
as their essence.
因于众生，
而起大悲。
因于大悲，
生菩提心。
因菩提心，
成等正觉。
Due to sentient beings,
they gave rise to great compassion.
Due to great compassion,
they gave rise to Bodhicitta.
Due to Bodhicitta,
they accomplished equally perfect enlightenment.
