而体会到慈爱的无价。
因为体会到慈爱的无价，
而把它与一切众生分享。
这就是最好的善行。
这就是未来佛——菩萨，所行之道！

is to be so kind to yourself,
that you realise the value of kindness so much,
that you actually share it with everyone else!
