一、从前所作种种罪过，轻者立即消灭，重者亦得转轻。
[1] Of those previously created all kinds of transgressions, those light will immediately be eliminated, and those heavy will also transform to be light.
二、常得吉神拥护。一切瘟疫、水火、寇盗、刀兵、牢狱之灾，悉皆不受。
[2] Constantly attain auspicious gods’ support and protection. All disasters of plagues, floods, fires, robberies, wars and imprisonment will completely not be encountered.
三、夙生怨对，咸蒙法益，而得解脱，永免寻仇报复之苦。
[3] Those from previous lives with resentment opposing, will all receive Dharma benefits, and attain liberation, forever avoiding suffering of them seeking revenge and retaliation.
四、夜叉恶鬼，不能侵犯。毒蛇饿虎，不能为害。
[4] Yakṣas and evil ghosts, will not be able to invade. Poisonous snakes and hungry tigers, will not be able to do harm.
五、心得安慰，日无险事，夜无恶梦。颜色光泽，气力充盛，所作吉利。
[5] One’s mind will attain comfort, with days without dangerous matters, and nights without nightmares. One’s countenance will be radiant, and strength will be abundant, with that done auspicious.
六、至心奉法，虽无希求，自然衣食丰足，家庭和睦，福寿绵长。
[6] Sincerely upholding the Dharma, although without hopes and requests, naturally having clothing and food abundant, and family harmonious, with happiness and longevity continuing for a long time.
七、所言所行，人天欢喜。任到何方，常为多众倾诚爱戴，恭敬礼拜。
[7] With that said and that practised, human and heavenly beings will be joyful. Arriving at whatever place, constantly by many people inclined to sincerity loved and respected, with reverence and prostrations.
八、愚者转智，病者转健，困者转亨。为妇女者，报谢之日，捷转男身。
[8] Those foolish will transform to be wise, those sick will transform to be healthy, and those beset with difficulties will have smooth progress. Those as women, on the day of retribution wilting, will quickly transform to have male bodies.
九、永离恶道，受生善道。相貌端正，天资超越，福禄殊胜。
[9] One will forever depart from evil paths, and receive birth in good paths. One’s appearance will be upright, with natural talents surpassing, blessings and fortune excellent.
十、能为一切众生，种植善根。以众生心，作大福田，获无量胜果。所生之处，常得见佛闻法，直至三慧宏开，六通亲证，速得成佛。
[10] One will be able to, for all sentient beings, plant and grow good roots. With sentient beings’ minds, as great blessings’ fields, obtain immeasurable surpassing fruits. In those born places, constantly attain sight of Buddhas and hear the Dharma, directly until the Three Wisdoms [of hearing (闻), contemplation (思) and cultivation (修)] greatly open, with the six supernormal powers [of heavenly eye’s supernormal power (天眼通), heavenly ear’s supernormal power (天耳通), knowing others’ minds’ supernormal power (他心通), supernormal feet’s supernormal power (神足通), knowing past lives’ supernormal power (宿命通) and outflows’ exhaustion’s supernormal power (漏尽通)] personally realised, quickly attaining accomplishment of Buddhahood.
