In this human world hurriedly managing many matters, unconsciously our lifespans by day and night depart. Like a lamp within wind, with extinguishment difficult to anticipate, hurrying towards the six paths without a fixed realm. Yet to attain liberation from suffering’s sea, how can there be peace without panic and fright? Each who hear this, when strong, healthy and with energy, should personally plan and encourage oneself to seek a permanent abode.
