入里乞食,当愿众生,
入深法界,心无障碍。
到人门户,当愿众生,
入于一切,佛法之门。
入其家已,当愿众生,
得入佛乘,三世平等。

Entering villages to request [alms]food,
[reflect that] ‘May sentient beings,
enter the profound Dharma’s realm,
[with] minds without obstacles.’
Arriving at people’s doors,
[reflect that] ‘May sentient beings,
enter all of
[the] Buddha’s Dharma doors.’
Entering their homes already,
[reflect that] ‘May sentient beings,
attain entry [into the] Buddha’s vehicle,
[to be the] three periods’* equals.’**
