[1] With The Illusion Of Problems, Why Keep Worrying?
If you can solve your problem,
then what is the need of worrying?
[Just solve it now!
No problem!]
If you cannot solve it,
then what is the use of worrying?
[Just let it go now!
No problem!]

[2] With The Dichotomy Of Control, Why Feel Hindered?
Some things are in our control,
while others are not.
We control our opinion, choice,
desire, aversion, and, in a word,
everything of our own doing.
[Just control what you can!]
We do not control our body, property,
reputation, position, and, in a word,
everything not of our own doing.
[Just let go of what you cannot control!]
Even more, the things in our control
are by nature, free, unhindered,
and unobstructed,
[Just be liberated in your mind now!]
while those not in our control
are weak, slavish, can be hindered,
and are not our own.
[Just let them go from your mind now!]
