So what if swords cannot overtake guns?
So what if samurai cannot outsmart snipers?
So what if the samurai reign of the sword is over?
Samurai culture is not in essence
about swords and swordsmanship;
more about the honourability behind.
The world might not need swordsmen,
but it will never not need honourability,
have too many honourable men and women.
Even if the sword has to relinquished,
along with pride and attachment of the last samurai,
may honourability last forever; never surrender or die.
Even if the gun has to be picked up for a just cause,
with so much more ‘ease’ to be trigger-unhappy,
may there, all the more, be greater honourability.
