蔬食卫生，肉食伤生，
杀时恨心，其毒非轻。
Veg(etari)an-eating is healthy [and hygienic], while meat-eating harms those living. When killing with the hateful mind, its poison is not light.
勿贪吃肉，吃了须还，
还的时候，真个可怜。
Do not greedily eat meat, as after eating, there must be returning. When returning, it truly is pitiful.
