Nobody’s perfect. There is a saying that more curiousity kills the cat. Sometimes too much questioning is not healthy. We have to rely on pure faith sometimes too.
Curioisity with sufficient wisdom will not only not kill that cat, but enlighten the cat. Healthy questioning is part of the path to truth. Check out the Kalama Sutta, where the Buddha advocated doubting the doubtful. Only when there is reasonable ground for faith should it arise. If not, it is blind and dangerous.
