罪从心起将心忏，
心若灭时罪亦亡。
罪亡心灭两俱空，
是则名为真忏悔。

As transgressions from the mind arise, lead that mind to repent, for when that mind, if eliminated, the transgressions are also destroyed. With the transgressions destroyed and the mind eliminated, both together empty, this then is named as true repentance.
