To ruin anyone,
just give him or her
the equivalent of a wish-fulfilling gem
that requires no Dharma learning and practice.
With existing three poisons of greed, hatred and delusion,
which brews up other defilements
like vengeance and jealousy,
there will be karmic self-destruction sooner or later.
Be careful what you wish for,
as you might get it…
with unexpected side-effects
you did not wish for.
Thank goodness the real wish-fulfilling gem
does require Dharma learning and practice,
for creating meritorious virtues
that create pure worlds only.
