One Portal:
If Āmítuófó’s (阿弥陀佛) Pure Land (净土) is reached, it is also like a ‘portal’ for seeing the past (for missed lessons), the present and the projected future (with the Buddha’s blessings), as if where all time exists ‘simultaneously’.
One Gateway:
If everyone sees each moment as the gateway in the present between the past and future, we will tread each step more carefully.
One Keystone:
If everyone sees oneself as the keystone holding everything crucial in place, the world might not fall apart so soon.
One Feeling:
If everyone sees one momentary but fleeting ill feeling as one’s ‘true’ feeling though there are other mixed feelings too, relationships might soon fall apart.
