Answer: You should be able to find these places by looking around and calling to enquire. That said, the best place to ensure there are unceasing light offerings is at your own home shrine. Even sincerely offering with an electrical light will do. This is safer and less pollutive too.
Basically, making of light offerings is to remind us to light up the brightness of wisdom within our minds, to eliminate the darkness of ignorance. Turning on and thereafter seeing this light offering, we should be mindful of this. This is how the offering will be meaningful and how you can keep creating meritorious virtues.
