得人身者，
如手中土。
失人身者，
如大地土。
Those who attain the human body,
are like the earth in the fingernails.
Those who lose the human body,
are like the great Earth’s earth.
人身难得今已得，
佛法难闻今已闻。
此身不向今生度，
更向何生度此身？
This human body difficult to attain is now already attained.
The Buddha’s teachings difficult to hear are now already heard.
With this body not with this life delivered,
further with which other life do we deliver this body?
