If you assume there is
no need to clarify at all,
you might already be confused.

  1. Re: Then one who accepts the need to clarify is less confused. What of clarifications that identify actions that have caused harm? And when such clarifications similarly identify the person who took such actions? Creating a so-called ‘public shaming’. Is knowing silence ever a wise choice?

    Reply: Clarify; not shame. Seek legal means if needed, if absolutely sure of misdeeds, and unrepentant, with no other choice… If not, with unfounded shaming, there might be creating of negative karma for oneself through slander, the worst being hellish in nature for a long time.
